What are the delivery charges for orders from the Swinging Chicks?

We ship worldwide from our atelier in Spain. We ship with the national carrier Correos.
We also offer the UPS option 3 day in your home with an additional fee based on your location

$17 and $3 for every additional item

$22 and $6 for every additional item

$45 2 day shipping upgarde once the item is made

$75 – 3 day shipping upgrade once the item is made

All the Swinging Chicks garments are handmade, so please allow at least 4 to 6 weeks to make the clothing. Once is shipped the shipping times may vary depends on where you live. Anyways we will be updating the tracking info. We are not responsable if tracking does not work properly, since is the shipping carrier who takes care of that.
Due covid19 and BREXIT, shipping times may vary aswell.

Can I cancel my order?

If for some reason you have to cancel your order, our policy requires notification by email within 24 hours

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept paypal, and also credit and debit cards, aswell as bank transfers

How long will delivery take?

For regular shipping to Europe will be around 5 to 10 working days to arrive.

UPS to europe 2 working days to arrive

For regular shipping worldwide will be about 15 to 30 working days to arrive.

UPS Worldwide will take 3 working days to arrive.

All the shipping times are an estimation, we can’t guarantee will arrive in this period, depends on customs, COVID procedures, and also BREXIT. we are not responsible for delays on the shipping.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After your purchase you will receive an automated receipt, and within 24 hours will be a confirmation email regarding your order. Since all the clothing are handmade please allow 4 to 6 weeks to make the garments. Can be less, depending on the orders volume. Once the order is shipped you will receive another email with the tracking info.

How I proceed for returns or exchanges?


Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 16 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We are not responsable for the costumer to give wrong merasurements or choosen the incorrect size.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. **Custom made orders with your own measurements, tights or shoes cant be returned or exchanged.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where no refunds or exchanges are granted:

  • Clothing with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You have 15 days to exchange a product. Except SALE items, since they are FINAL sales.
As indicated, ALL of our garments are handmade to order. We do not have a stock and we start the process within 48 hours of an order being received. We will not be accountable for repeat shipping costs incurred for exchanges, nor retrieval shipping costs. The refund will be always minus the cost of shipping charged. We won’t be responsible for any product that has not been properly identified and authorised for return in accordance with Swinging Chicks return policy. We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
As soon as your returned package is received by our studio, your refund will be fully processed directly to the credit card used within fourteen (14) days reflecting deductions in original shipping costs. Credit notes to the value of original purchase minus original shipping costs will be issued to you via e-mail in the form of a credit note with redeemable code active upon receipt of e-mail. There is no expiration date to credit notes though a personal code can only be used once.
